The discussion was interactive with questions submitted by the students. One of the students asked the general duties of PR, to which Zainal said that PR is one of the vital positions in the company, institution, and organization. He added that in determining CSR target, the community will be taken as a partner, which means that they have an equal position. The company should always keep the local wisdom in their mind and to have an orientation on the sustainability of the program. The final result, he stated, is the community to be independent and developed without depending on the company. The more people receiving positive impact, the more successful is the CSR program.
To conclude the discussion, Zainal reminded the students, especially from the class of 2018 that a PR need a lot of insight, have the thirst for knowledge, and are willing to keep learning and improve their capability. HUMAS UNS
