UNS — Group 81 of the Thematic Student Community Service Program (KKN) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta took an active role in assisting the community in implementing communication technology through the “Optimization of Technology Implementation in Administration at Urutsewu Village” workshop. The program targeted the young generation in Urutsewu Village, Ampel Subdistrict, Boyolali District.
In a news release received by uns.ac.id team on Thursday (24/2/2022), Group 81 KKN UNS was supervised by Dr. Agr. Ir. Sigit Prastowo, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng., with nine members; Nisrina Nabilah, Kuny Nisaa’ Al Mufidah, Rizki Ana Dewi, Arif Nur Rohmad, Josyika Nisfullaili, Muhammad Okki Aprilianto, Muhammad Fahmi, Nisa Aqilla Ellenahaya Entifar, and Akbar Iqbal Yusuf.
Akbar, a team member, stated that the rapid technology development required all community layers to follow the development since technology directly contributes to facilitating information access and delivery.
“However, several regions have not mastered the skills to maximize the advanced technology use effectively,” Akbar explained.
The workshop was held on Thursday (10/2/2022) in Urutsewu Village Integrated Office Hall and invited Ifan Fadlur Ramadhan, student of Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Program (PTIK), as speaker.
Urutsewu Village Chief Sri Haryanto hoped that the workshop could help the administration process in the village effectively and efficiently. Humas UNS
