UNS — The University of Jember visited Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. The visit aimed to engage in discussions related to academic management and student affairs on the UNS campus.
During the visit, the delegation from the University of Jember was warmly welcomed by the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs UNS, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ahmad Yunus, M.S., alongside Iwan Wisnu Anggono, S.S., M.Si., Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau. The meeting took place in Meeting Room IV of Dr. Prakosa Building, UNS.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Ahmad Yunus, M.S., extended a warm welcome to the University of Jember delegation, led by the Acting Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Bureau, Mohamad Jazuli, S.H., M.H.
Prof. Yunus expressed that UNS and the University of Jember have a history of successful collaboration in research and student exchange programs, including the Independent Campus Learning Program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka-MBKM). “Before this visit, UNS and the University of Jember have already collaborated extensively,” Prof. Yunus explained.

The University of Jember sought discussions during this visit on academic and student affairs management at UNS. This encompassed topics such as the management of the New Student Admissions System, including for international students, scholarships and Single Tuition Fee (UKT) reduction management, the MBKM program related to the Higher Education Database (PDDikti), and the graduation process.
Acting Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Bureau of the University of Jember, Mohamad Jazuli, S.H., M.H., expressed gratitude to UNS for their warm reception. “We are delighted to visit UNS and be received so graciously. We are also pleased to engage in direct discussions about academics and student affairs management at UNS,” Jazuli said.
Jazuli described the discussions between UNS and the University of Jember as highly beneficial. “Our team from Jember can directly inquire with the staff at UNS, so the outcomes of this discussion can serve as takeaways for us in Jember,” he added. HUMAS UNS
