UNS — Simplicity and gratitude surrounded the 4th Anniversary of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta Hospital, Monday (10/8/2020). The occasion was broadcasted live in ICT RS UNS YouTube channel was attended by the Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, UNS Hospital Director, Prof. Hartono; Deputy Director of Medical Services, Prof. Sri Sulistyowati, Deputy Director of Education and Research, Tonang Dwi Ardyanto, Ph.D, Deputy Director of Finance and Human Resources, Dr. Jaka Winarna, and Deputy General Director, Ir. Ahmad Farkhan.
From his office in dr. Prakosa Building UNS, Prof. Jamal delivered a happy anniversary greeting to UNS Hospital which bears a heavy burden in the pandemic as a testing laboratory and treatment for Covid-19 inpatients. Teamwork and unity play an important role in providing the best services for the people. The Director of UNS Hospital, Prof. Hartono, also conveyed his gratitude on the hospital 4th anniversary. In his speech, the director mentioned the achievements of the teaching hospital, among others, the trust granted as a second-line referral hospital for Covid-19 treatment in Central Java and testing laboratory which encourages the hospital members to provide the best services for the community. In its duty, UNS Hospital has treated 150 Covid-19 positive patients and has tested 15.000 specimens. Humas UNS
