UNS — The Integrated Services Unit (Unit Layanan Terpadu-ULT) of Mulawarman University visited Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. During the visit, the delegation from ULT Mulawarman University, led by ULT Advisor, Ir. Akhmad Maulana, Hk., M.M., MT, and Head of ULT, Enny Fathurachmi, S.IP., M.Si., were received in Meeting Room 1, Dr. Prakosa building UNS, Friday (13/10/2023).
On this occasion, the Head of ULT Mulawarman University, Enny Fathurachmi, S.IP., M.Sc., expressed her purpose and objectives for their visit to UNS. “We, from ULT Mulawarman University, want to learn about UNS Information and Documentation Management (PPID). This is because the management of PPID at Mulawarman University is under ULT,” Enny explained.
Enny commended the management of PPID UNS, as it had improved significantly from the “Adequately Informative” rating in 2021 to an “Informative” rating in 2022. This is an extraordinary and outstanding achievement for UNS because it leaped two ratings at once,” she added.
Therefore, the ULT team from Mulawarman University wishes to share experiences related to PPID management at UNS. “Currently, our PPID is rated as less informative. We are just beginning to learn and improve so that we can catch up to UNS. We express our gratitude for the warm welcome, which allows us to learn about PPID at UNS,” Enny added.
During this visit, the ULT team of Mulawarman University was received by the Coordinator of the IT Division of the Public Relations and Media UPT, Fendi Aji Purnomo, S.Si., M.Eng., the Coordinator of the Media Information and Cooperation Division, Dyah Yuni Kurniawati, S.Sn., M.Sn., the Coordinator of the Content Creator and Social Media Division, Lukman Fahmi, S.IP, M.Si. and the Deputy Coordinator of the Administration Subdivision, Maryani, S.Sos, M.I.Kom.
Fendi Aji Purnomo, S.Si., M.Eng., the Coordinator of the IT Division of the Public Relations and Media UPT UNS, expressed his gratitude for the visit made by the ULT team of Mulawarman University to UNS.
