UNS — Students of the International Relations (HI) Study Program (Prodi) Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta won three achievements in the National Maritime Scientific Paper Competition (LKTIM) held by Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar.
The event took place from July 20 to August 20, 2023, for the preliminary round, while the final round was held on 13-14 September 2023. This year’s LKTIM competition focused on the topic “Acceleration of Science and Technology in Maritime Sector as a Realization of Sustainable Development”. In this competition, the IR Study Program sent two teams, each consisting of two members, to participate in the Scientific Paper Competition (KTI) and Poster Competition.
The first team, consisting of Widi Astuti and Nathania Intan Pratiwi, successfully won 1st place in the Social, Economic, Legal, Policy, and Coastal and Marine Resources Management KTI category. Meanwhile, the second team, consisting of Siti Astiani Solihah and Adiba Aliyya Rahma, achieved 2nd place in the Maritime Scientific Paper Competition in the field of science and became the favorite poster category.
“We express our utmost gratitude to all parties involved, including the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, for their support of our students, enabling them to excel in this competition,” Drs.
