UNS – Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta has officially opened the UNS Recruitment 2025. The recruitment is for Lecturers, Educational Staff, and Non-Civil Servant Medical Personnel. This recruitment follows Announcement Number: 1913/UN27/KP/2025, signed by the Rector of UNS, Prof. Dr. Hartono, dr., M.Si., on April 25, 2025.
Various Positions Available Across UNS Campuses and UNS Hospital
According to the announcement, UNS will assign lecturers to multiple study programs. It will place these programs at both the Kentingan campus in Surakarta and the PSDKU campus in Kebumen. Study programs seeking lecturers include:
- Bachelor’s programs: Digital Business, Public Administration (PSDKU Kebumen), Plant Protection, Informatics (PSDKU Kebumen), Data Science, Statistics, Special Education, Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD), Office Administration Education (PAP), Informatics and Computer Engineering Education, Geography Education, and Psychology.
- Master’s programs: Nutrition Science, Public Health Science (IKM), and Architecture.
- Diploma programs: Tourism and Travel Business (UPW), Administrative Management, and Chemical Engineering.
- Applied Bachelor’s programs: Anesthesiology Nursing, Mandarin for Business and Professional Communication, Digital Marketing, and Digital Banking and Finance.
Furthermore, UNS offers several educational staff positions. These include Information System Designers and Data and Information Compilers at the Kentingan campus.
Meanwhile, UNS Hospital (RS UNS) is opening recruitment for Medical and Educational Staff positions. The roles include specialist doctors, general practitioners, dentists, and first-level expert nurses. There are also opportunities for clinical psychologists and medical physicists. First-level expert physiotherapists, skilled occupational therapists, and marketing managers are among the positions available. The others are skilled dental and oral therapists, ambulance drivers, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, etc.
Recruitment Timeline for UNS Non-ASN Positions
The UNS recruitment 2025 follows Rector’s Regulation Number 38 of 2023 on Employee Management. Rector’s Regulation Number 4 of 2025 amends this regulation. This initiative aims to meet the demand for permanent lecturers, medical personnel, and non-ASN educational staff.
Prof. Hartono emphasized that UNS welcomes dedicated and integrity-driven Indonesian citizens (WNI) to apply as Permanent Non-ASN Employees. The announcement clearly defines the positions, qualifications, and requirements for applicants.
The recruitment starts with the announcement and registration phase from April 28 to 30, 2025. UNS opens the document upload phase from April 28 to May 1, 2025. UNS will announce the administrative selection results on May 14, 2025. Candidates will then take the Basic Competency Test (SKD) and Field Competency Test (SKB) on May 26, 2025.
UNS plans to release the SKD and SKB results on June 5, 2025. Successful candidates will attend interviews, microteaching sessions, or practical exams on June 12 and 13, 2025. UNS will announce the final acceptance results on June 20, 2025. The administrative process for accepted employees will run from June 23 to 25, 2025.
Newly recruited Non-ASN employees will officially start working at UNS on July 1, 2025.
