UNS — Another wonderful achievement was accomplished by students of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta in National Video Competition 2020 commemorating the National Sports Day (Haornas) entitled “Enliven Sports, Increase Immunity”, organized by Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) FIK Student Executive Board (BEM). The UNS “Raw” Team consists of Revan Aldira from the Diploma in Animal Husbandry Study Program, Muhammad Arif Ilham Fadillah from Special Education Education Study Program (PLB), and Andi Kurniawan from Communication Science Study Program.
One of the UNS Raw Team member, Arif, states that participating in this competition can channel their talent. “Through this competition, we can hone our talent and assess our effort. Moreover, we as millennials and students must remind the public that the Covid-19 is not over yet. We need to be careful and continue to live healthily. One of the methods is through creative video,” Arif explains when contacted by the uns.ac.id team on Wednesday (14/10/2020).
The team admits that the video was prepared nearing the deadline. “There are dramas during the video production, due to the limited time we have to change the whole concept of the video,” Arif said.
Last Monday (5/10/2020), after the long creative journey, Arif and his teammates are declared as the winner of the Creative Video Competition with a video entitled ‘Health Warrior’. Within a minute and thirty-nine seconds, this video delivers the message related to Covid-19, among others are continuous exercise and eat nutritious food. The team wishes that through this win, they can create better creation and contribute to even better achievement. Humas UNS
